SABIC EuroPetrochemicals operates two petrochemical sites, one in Geleen (Netherlands) and one in Gelsenkirchen (Germany), where polypropylene, polyethylene and hydrocarbons are produced. SABIC EuroPetrochemicals is part of SABIC, the largest petrochemical company in the Middle East, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. SABIC has two large industrial sites in Saudi Arabia (Al-Jubail and Yanbu) with 16 production complexes on a global scale. SABIC also has interests in three production complexes in Bahrain.
