Good to know where our pipelines are

In order to ensure the safety of our long-distance pipelines, ARG requires detailed written information about your project from you as a construction company, planning office, private builder or resident in good time before the start of construction. We will use the documents you provide to check whether the construction project could interfere with our pipeline system and inform you of the results of our assessment. If your project affects our long-distance pipelines, we will then coordinate all requirements and safety measures with you.

BIL tells you exactly where our pipelines are.

In Germany, ARG uses the BIL portal to process line information: https://portal.bil-leitungsauskunft.de We therefore ask you to submit your enquiries directly there. This service is free of charge for you!

The BIL online portal of BIL eG is a nationwide information system for pipeline research and provides comprehensive cross-sector online pipeline information. The BIL pipeline information service is free to use and allows you to formulate your construction inquiry quickly and easily online.

Your advantage: You only have to formulate your construction inquiry once and you can directly reach all line operators participating in BIL. If we are not responsible for your requested area, you will receive negative information directly via BIL.

Planners of public or private measures, administrative units of the various executive levels as well as other companies and contractors can also obtain information on locations and pipeline routes by sending a request to our partner Evonik Operations GmbH – Logistic Pipelines (fernleitungsauskunft@evonik.com). The coordination of the various interests in the course of a construction project can also be initiated via the pipeline information service.

If personal contact is necessary, the employees of EVONIK’s long-distance line department are available to provide further information.
