With its pipeline network of almost 500 km, ARG forms the core of the European pipeline network, transporting ethylene from Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Antwerp in Belgium and the Ruhr area via Cologne and Frankfurt to Burghausen on the Austrian border, and of course in the opposite direction too.

With its large number of connected ethylene producers and consumers, either directly or indirectly via its own interconnections, it provides the Western European petrochemical industry with a reliable infrastructure and the necessary security of supply to enable the expansion of chemical sites, investment in plants and the potential relocation of companies to new sites.
