General transit conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of Transmission (GTCT) govern the basic legal relationships between the customers (ethylene feeders and purchasers) and ARG mbH & Co KG. In their “General Section”, the ADB contain, among other things, the key points of the transportation contract: feed-in quality, pressure and temperature regulation, transportation processing and invoicing as well as liability issues:
– “Guidelines for maintaining the quality of ethylene”
– “Guidelines for determining the quantity of ethylene”
– “Guidelines for transportation and invoicing”
– “Quality liability provisions”
– “Technical requirements for a connection/measuring station”
The current version is available to the connected parties; new potential suppliers and customers will be provided with the contract after contacting ARG personally.
The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GPC) govern the basic legal relationship between the supplier and ARG mbH & Co. KG for all goods and services ordered. Furthermore, the GPC shall determine the rights and obligations of the parties, unless they have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Remuneration Ordinance (Schedule of Charges)
ARG’s transportation fee is made up of a fixed element (base fee) and a variable distance-based element (route fee). Graduated discounts are granted depending on the agreed transmission volume and term. New potential feeders or customers are provided with the remuneration regulations after contacting the ARG management in person.
